  • Bet — Depending on the style of poker you are playing (No Limit, Pot Limit, Fixed Limit), your betting options will differ. For Limit games, your only betting choice is whether to bet or not. The amount of the bet is defined by the limits of the game. For Pot Limit games, the range of possible Bet amounts is from the minimum bet to the amount in the pot. Everest Poker's Action Buttons will automatically set those bets for you in both Fixed Limit and Pot Limit games. For No Limit games, the bet amount is ranged from the minimum bet to the size of your remaining chip stack. In No Limit games, there are three ways to modify the Bet Amount: Move the slider, Use the Up/Down arrows or click in the black window and type in the amount. This button does not appear in Limit games.
  • Bet Pot — Bet the amount presently in the pot. This button does not appear in Limit holdem poker games.
  • Call — Meet the previous bet or raise in the holdem poker round with a bet of the indicated amount and do not raise your bet beyond that amount.
  • Check — Stay in the Holdem Poker hand but do not bet or raise. Checking allows you to stay in the game at no additional risk or cost to you. You may only Check if you are the first player to act in a round of betting or if all preceding holdem poker players have Checked.
  • Fold — Throw your holdem poker hand away when it is your turn to act. You choose not to meet the required bet to stay in the hand and forfeit your chance to win any of the pot.
  • Fold & Show — Turn your cards over and show them to the table as you throw your holdem poker hand away. You choose not to meet the required bet but want to show your cards to the table. You only have this option when there are two players left in the hand including yourself.
  • Controls Fold
  • Min. Raise — Raise your bet by the minimum amount allowed. You will not see this option if you are playing Limit Poker.
  • Muck — Decline to show your cards at the conclusion of a Holdem Poker hand. You can choose to muck when there is a better hand visible at showdown (meaning it is clear you lost), or when you win because all other players have folded. When you have the winning Holdem Poker hand and there are one or more players still active at the showdown, you must show your cards.
  • Raise — Raise the bet in the round by at least as much as the previous bet.
